Dr. Shwetha is a Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. Her work is rooted in a client-centric, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed approach that helps people feel safe, understood, and empowered.
She specializes in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment issues, personality disorders, and stress-related concerns. Her therapy style is warm and collaborative, blending evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, SFT, and IFS to meet each client’s unique needs.
Beyond therapy, she also mentors young psychologists and has taught psychology and counseling for over seven years. She aims to create a supportive space where her clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with strengths.
MANA MEHTA, COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST
Mana is a mental health professional with over three years of clinical experience, specializing in individual psychotherapy and workplace mental health interventions. SIDDHIKA LAKSHMIPATHI
Siddhika is a Clinical Mental Health Practitioner and LPCC with extensive experience across India and the U.S., including her work as a Program Therapist at the Eating Recovery Center in Denver. With dual master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology from Christ University Bangalore and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University in Lakewood Colorado, she aims for evidence based care that is trauma informed. She has facilitated both individual therapy and therapeutic group sessions, helping clients reimagine their relationship with food and body through structured support, compassionate enquiry, and evidence-based interventions.
Siddhika integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care to help clients create a sacred, healthy, relationship with themselves while building personalized treatment plans based on needs.
Her work is shaped by warmth, clinical depth, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Siddhika has worked in diverse settings from schools to multidisciplinary clinics—supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, and other mood disorders.
